Finding a SeaTac record often means crossing city, King County, and Washington systems. Why This Site Exists

SeaTac incorporated in 1990 and is not the King County seat. City files therefore tell only part of a person's record story. The King County Recorder holds deeds, liens, and recorded marriage documents; courts provide party indexes; the assessor connects parcels with assessed owners; and elections staff maintain voter data under Washington law. State licensing, business filings, and KCLS genealogy sources add more routes. This site gathers the relevant official entry points and explains their boundaries.
